If you use the “TomTom Go” app on your iOS device and experience trouble obtaining Traffic / Speed Cameras and or My Drive data from TomTom Services, this is for you.

Once installed, Traffic / Speed Cameras and My Drive should immediately start working again. However, in some instances it can take sometime before you see results. If you find Traffic / Speed Cameras / My Drive isn’t working after a 24 hour period, please contact us with a screenshot of your TomTom Go app screen for a full refund.
Before purchasing, please check your APN settings and select the correct APN from the available options. If your APN is not available, please submit your APN settings and we will create a profile within 24 hours. To check your APN settings:

- Click on Mobile
- Click on Mobile Data Network
This purchase is a Configuration Profile. Configuration Profiles can be used to modify how your device works. Many settings can be changed and customers need to be wary of any configuration profile. This profile forces your iOS device to use a different network configuration than the default configuration your cellular network provider has set. It will not effect the way your device works, it simply allows the TomTom Go app to route data correctly.
Once Configuration Profiles have been downloaded, they need to be activated within 8 minutes or they will be automatically removed. Once installed, you can remove the profile at any stage by going to Settings > General > Profile
