A hobby project, as customers we have often been frustrated at the lack of support offered by large enterprises to resolve roadblocks in their platforms. We like to knock those walls down and attempt to resolve as many problems as possible.

What the hell do we actually do?

Predominantly, we are experienced support workers within the general office environment. We manage different technologies to increase productivity of staff. Through the use of business equipment (both hardware and software), we do the hard work to help your employees complete their work easier.

We provide solutions for workflow and data management by linking the output of something to the input of something else. That could be as simple as being able to scan documents in an efficient method from your photocopier to your computer, or as complex as fully integrated and automatic workflows between your accounting system; website and physical stock control with barcode / QR code recognition and full audits trails.

Why the .io?

Our roots come from the Professional Audio Industry. We’d use the term I/O or simply IO to refer to input / output. For example we could have a connector or port that could either be assigned as a microphone input or a headphone output. Obviously it’s get a little more technical than that, but who cares – we just think the .io is cool!
